1. Zero Prompt-Retention Guarantee

SynRouter is an intermediary session gateway. We DO NOT persistently store, log, or inspect the content of your 大模型 (LLM) texts, system prompts, tool results, messages, or vector parameters passing through our translation proxy.

Your dynamic conversation payload is streamed, optimized and piped to selected upstream providers in real-time, and entirely discarded upon delivery of the final chunk. We only store lightweight aggregate statistics (such as token counts, latency, spent logs, and unique session fingerprints) required to run the dashboard and billing limits.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following minimal subsets of information:

Account Information: Account email address and display logs retrieved during sign-in/OAuth (GitHub/Google).
Usage Metadata: Upstream model identifiers, timestamp logs, execution latency, and token totals (cache reads vs computed).
Financial Data: Purchased pricing credits and billing plans. Credit card transactions are handled securely by third-party processors.

3. How We Use Information

We use your logged identifiers and usage metrics as follows:

To verify API Keys, authentications, and throttle limits inside our network gateway.
To compile and represent your historical session trends and savings matrices inside the Dashboard.
To calculate account credit deductions fairly and issue compliance logs.
To improve routing algorithms and pre-inject cache options transparently.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party API Proxying

When utilizing SynRouter to query target models, your prompts are securely transmitted to specified model APIs (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or OpenRouter) strictly as requested by your client setups. They are bound by those providers’ respective safety guidelines and compliance. We will never sell, lease, or rent your account details, usage logs, or billing information to any third parties.

5. Security

We employ modern industry-standard security protocols to secure metadata inside Supabase Postgres and Gateway nodes. API key authorization strings are salted, hashed, and stored securely utilizing encryption standards.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

SynRouter reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We notify users of substantial variations by updating this document or via email alerts. Continued usage is considered consent.
